RETURN & REFUND POLICY

FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (USA only).

USA customers, we will provide you with a free return label. Once the item is received and inspected in our warehouse, we will issue your refund or exchange. *Please note that we will only refund you the item cost. The shipping cost is not included in the refund*

* International customers: At this time, free returns/exchanges for products delivered outside of the US are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost, using their own shipping label. *

Please note: LYFT-RX is not responsible for items shipped back to us in error and/or for lost or damaged returns in transit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: *Merchandise purchased on a sale event like Black Friday, Veteran's Day, Mother's Day, etc, are all final (items cannot be returned, no refunds). *

We will only accept unused items (including original tags and packaging) in new condition within 30 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as: 

  • Product complaints or dissatisfaction
  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect size selected (too big or too small)
  • Damaged or opened products

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Please email us at team@lyftrx.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return label and instructions. We will issue you a full refund (product cost only) or mail your exchange within one business day after receiving your item in our warehouse.

We inspect all returns by hand. If your return does not meet the criteria below we have no choice but to reject the return.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE RETURN MEETS THE CRITERIA BELOW:

WEIGHTLIFTING TAPE:

  • Plastic packaging cannot be opened. We will accept returns of the LYFT-RX Weightlifting Tape in its original, sealed packaging. If the package is opened we cannot issue a refund because we do not repackage our weightlifting tape to maintain premium quality standards.

GRIPS, BELTS, SWEATBANDS, WRAPS, AND ACCESSORIES:

  • Item must be unused and in new condition. We do not accept items that have damage, chalk, dirt, sweat, debris, etc.
  • Please save the original packaging and return it along with the item.

APPAREL:

Unfortunately, we do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or have visible signs of use (i.e. marks from sweat, deodorant, chalk, blood, dirt, oils, food, and liquids). If you think you'll need to make a return, please save the original packaging and ensure you don't wash or use the merchandise.

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Products cannot be covered in hair or debris or dirt (these will not be accepted).

REFUNDS

We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order. Please allow up to a business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email with refund confirmation.
