1. ANCHOR

2. STRETCH

3. TIGHTLY WRAP

4. TEAR

5. MOLD

 

Here are best practices to get the most out of your hook grip and LYFT-RX tape:

1. Wash your hands before use to wash away dirt, oils, dry skin, etc.

2. Apply the tape as tight as possible. This will ensure the tape is snug and won't slip or slide while you lift. 

3. Use the tape for fingers only. The "stretch" capability of the tape was designed to protect your fingers only and not wide areas like your palms and wrists.
