What is your return policy?

We only accept unused items in new condition within 30 days (from the original purchase date). We will need the item returned to our store and we will issue you a full refund as soon as the item is received and inspected.

 

When do I get my refund?

Within 1 business day after the returned item has been received and inspected at our store.

 

Will you provide a return shipping label?

Yes. After you email us at team@lyftrx.com with your order number, we will provide you with a printable shipping label that you must place securely on the return package.

 

How do I make a return?

To make a return please email us at team@lyftrx.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit our Amazon stores in Europe, Canada and Asia.

 

Do you have expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer an expedited shipping option. You can select the option during checkout.

 

I ordered the wrong size or color. How can I make exchanges?

Please email us your order# and request at team@lyftrx.com. We will send you an email with the exchange instructions. As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your exchange. Please note we will only accept exchanges for unused, new condition items. If the item is damaged, used, or dirty we will not issue the exchange. 

 

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time we do not. We will make an announcement when we bring it back.

 

Are your grips made of leather or carbon fiber?

They are made with premium carbon fiber, 100% vegan. Also, the thickness of the carbon fiber grips is 2.0mm unlike cheap grips that are only 1.0mm thick.

 

Is your lifting belt made of nylon or neoprene?

It is made of 100% premium, military grade nylon.

 

Why is the LYFT-RX tape slipping off my thumb?

To get the best out of your LYFT-RX tape, follow these steps when applying the tape:

1. Wash your hands before use to remove oil and dirt from your hands.
2. Stretch the tape and tightly wrap them around your finger at least 2-3 times around.
3. Mold and press the tape firmly around your finger.
4. Use a generous amount of chalk.

 

Is the LYFT-RX tape waterproof?

Our premium tape is made of cotton and spandex materials. It was designed to withstand extreme conditions in weightlifting. It absorbs sweat and water very well, however it is not completely waterproof or made to be immersed in water. 

 

What sizes are available for the LYFT-RX tape?

The 1.5-inch wide size is available in black, green, pink, od green, and orange colors. The 2-inch wide size is available in blue and white colors. All colors are available in a 3PACK. Currently, we only offer the 6PACK option in black.

 

Can I throw my LYFT-RX wristband in the washer and dryer?

Yes. There may be very minimal shrinking of the sweatbands when you place them in the dryer instead of air drying them but they will stay elastic and ready to use.
