My hands and forearms sweat so bad and we handstand walk on a gym floor. Sweat on that gym floor is a serious issue for slip n slide. To avoid that, we wear the sweat band and I don’t have to worry about my forearms rolling liquid right into my palm when upside down. Huge advantage now in the gym with this great purchase.

Comfy and does the job!
These pair perfectly with the carbon grips! I use them as a barrier between my skin and the grips and I have 0 issues with rubbing it slipping!

I've been doing CrossFit for almost 5 years now and am also a coach as well and love using these sweatbands for any movement I have in my workouts! The LYFT-RX sweatbands are a good size to where they don't get in the way, perfect thickness and not too tight on my arms as well, and are perfect for providing some extra comfort on heavy lifts or wiping away the sweat during the workout!

Goodbye rough, bunchy, gym sock-like sweatbands, hello soft, stretchy, breathable, sweat wicking LYFT-RX sweatbands! Nice and thin enough to wear hand grips over, but still keep the sweat off your hands! My new favorite go-to. I bought big name brands before and paid way more! LYFT-RX is my all time, hands down, go-to! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Fits great and super absorbent! I typically use Nike Sweatbands for workouts and Olympic Weightlifting but these Lyft RX Sweatbands are much better!! They absorbed everything during 45+ minute workouts and dried quickly. I like them better too, cause the material doesn’t fray after continually wiping sweat or with my grips rubbing on them. They keep my wrists warm for lifting, fit great and honestly just look cool. I bought a black pair and a white pair 🙌🏽

I can’t believe I had never thought of using sweatbands before. For years, I used a plain towel, but recently came across LYFT-RX’s sweatbands, and they are a game changer. The bands make it easier to wipe the sweat off my face. In the past, I would hang my towel nearby, which eats up time and attention. With the LYFT-RX sweatbands, they’re right there, no need to walk over to where my towel is, so my workouts have become more efficient, leading to faster PRs too. It's also nice that the bands serve as a cushion whenever I’m doing overhead kettlebell presses. No more fear of bruising on my arms (or the fear of breaking my wrists, if you’re a bit anxious like me). As a bonus, I also like that the bands come in different colors, including pink, which I bought for the ladies at our box. 5/5 would highly recommend it.
I bought this with the LYFT-RX grips and they make a BIG difference. It’s much more comfortable doing pull-ups since the grips don’t rub around your wrist. The sweatbands also kept them in place. Normally when I get sweaty the grips move around but not with these on. I love the material and that they come in two colors. Another sweet deal! A must buy!
I live in the desert and lift in my garage. It gets incredibly hot, and it's only going to get hotter (triple digits). I sweat like mad, and it ends up making my hands slippery, so I have a harder time hanging onto the barbell. These sweatbands came in handy and I even used them to wipe my face. They were soaked by the end! (Gross but fantastic.) I give them two non-sweaty thumbs up, because my thumbs aren't sweaty, because I used these sweatbands.
This is the type of wristbands that you just get down and dirty. I do everything with these on – burpees, muscle ups, kettlebells, slam balls, cleans, rope climbs. It feels like a compression sleeve but lightweight. Soaks up a decent amount of sweat too. You can rub any gym equipment on it and it won’t get caught. It’s great that they come with 2 colors. I always have the extra pair in the gym bag. A must buy for any crossfitter!
