    I’ve never used this kind of tape before but a buddy of mines recommended I try this product. The first time I wrapped the tape around my fingers it felt snug yet very flexible like I was wearing an extra protective layer of skin on my fingers. It was very sticky and stayed on after my 2-hour workout. The tape gives me way more grip and not constricting on my hands at all. Will buy again!

    I practice Olympic weightlifting, and my thumbs get really sore throughout the week. I started using this tape, and it’s been a huge lifesaver. It stays put throughout my 90-minute+ training sessions, and I love how flexible it is. It doesn’t slide or slip off, and I forget I’m even wearing it.

    I got this tape from a friend since my thumbs kept getting blisters from hook grips. This tape is awesome. Movable, breathable, and easy to rip. I recently used it for a WOD with TTB, rowing, KB cleans, snatches, and swings, and it got through all of that without budging. That was also with a clean complex ladder beforehand. I used to use regular white tape and it would always bunch up by the end of the work out, which would lead me to worse blisters and a harder WOD. This tape does not bunch up AT ALL. The only thing is that an end piece might flap up (not sure if you can imagine what I’m talking about) if I don’t securely put it on, but it’s rare. When it does, I barely notice it because it still doesn’t move and my thumbs are still protected. I’m about to start using it on my callouses for TTB and pull ups, which I’m sure will be fine by how long these held up!* *See attached picture. They held up through sushi! WOD and sushi proves that it works for me.

    A friend of mine recommended this tape b/c my hands were getting torn up and I really don’t like using gloves when lifting. The tape worked like a charm. Very comfortable while using and it wasn’t cutting my circulation in between sets. They worked so well that I even used it to tape up my hands while digging in the garden instead of using my gardening gloves. Saved my from those pesky blisters while proving more flexibility and grip. I am very satisfied with this product!

    I am a daily Crossfitter who has used many styles of athletic tape. LYFT-RX is by far my favorite and only brand I use. It goes on easy, tears easy, stays put and is clean when pulling it off. I never have issues and has kept my hands tear and blister free since I started using. Would recommend this to anyone needing a good athletic tape.
