1Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
2How do I /create an account?

3What are my options for shipping?
At checkout you will be given shipping methods for your product based on the shipping address:
Free Domestic (USA) Shipping: Free! (2-7 business days)
Expedited Delivery (USA only): $12.00 (2-3 business days)
Flat Rate International Shipping: $12.00 (7-21 business days)
You will receive an Order Confirmation email and a separate email with your order tracking number and link to easily check the status of your order.
No minimum order requirement. Rates apply to entire catalog.

4How do I return items?
FREE RETURNS and EXCHANGES. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers.

You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
All items must include original packaging and packing list.
LYFT-RX Premium Flex Tape can only be accepted if packaging is NOT opened.
Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
5I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available.
6How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
7Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
8I have a discount code, how can I use it?
In your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out, type in the promo code in the promo coupon box. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
9How will I know if my order is confirmed?
